Vintage handmade sequin cap sleeve dress large

Super cool black vintage polyester dress with back zipper and second semi-detached silver and black sequin top. Material is a bit thin so a slip would be necessary and waist has elastic. No size inside since handmade but fits a larger medium or a standard large. Waist 17” across flat no stretch and 20” with stretch. 20” pit to pit. Dress overall has slight stretch. One of a kind and great condition !
