Vintage handmade in Hawaii silk lined skirt This is a handmade original piece by Roberta Oaks. Made from vintage & recycled fabrics, lined with silk, this piece is ultra feminine and flows. I never got a chance to wear it, just found it in my storage, and now I live in portland where I don’t get enough summer! Would pair wonderfully with a simple spaghetti strap cream tank top.
