Vintage handmade wrangler jean shorts

Bought these from an artist who repurposes old jeans. These are so cute but I’m a new mom and they’re too revealing for me. I’m a size 27 and this is me currently wearing them. When I walk they ride up too short. Have a couple stains, marker in the crotch area and old vintage stain on the side.
