Vintage handmade yellow dress

super cute vintage yellow dress.i bought this cute vintage dress for myself hoping to wear it and I took the risk of buying it without taking measurements first. sadly it didn't fit. flaws are pictured. there is no tags. I believe it is handmade. measurements are below. let me know if you have any questions. *waist flat- about 11 1/2in. *pit to pit flat- about 13 1/2in. *length of shoulder straps are about six inches laid flat. *length of skirt(waist down)- about 24 1/2in. *length of full dress from top to bottom- about 32 1/2in. * hem on bottom of the dress- about 1 1/2in.
