Vintage high neck Blouse

Oh so feminine but modern high neck blouse from the 1970s-1980s. Has slight peplum for a cute waist. In excellent vintage condition with no major spots or stains. Inside the left cuff there is minor discoloration but none visible when wearing. Buttons up the back and beautiful crepe detailing on the cuffs and collar. Size 8 vintage but would fit a small or extra small depending on preference. 100% polyester Measurements approx taken flat: Bust: ~19.5” Length down back: 23.5” Waist (at narrowest): 16.5”
