These have been altered the measurements are as follows Waist- (around bellybutton) 31” Hips- (circumference around buttocks) 38” Thigh- (this is taken 6” below crotch on leg) 16” Inseam- (from crotch to bottom hem) 26.25” Jeans are high waisted like the first pic but aren’t the actual pair
