Vintage high waisted jeans from 1970 size 24

I can’t read the label on these and tried to research them but didn’t find the name. Tagged a size 1 I am a 24 for reference Waist: 12.5” Rise: 11.5” Hips: 18”: at bottom of the zipper (widest part) Inseam: 31” Stain on lower front right leg . See pic
