Vintage high waisted navy pleated pocket abstract skirt 26" waist

This vintage piece has been well loved, as shown in the wear of the tags. It has: - a slanted diagonal waist granting a a late mod feel - belt loops - two buttons and zipper - one pocket It can be styled like a uniform, styled vintage, perfect for work, or retro. It is modest, easy to clean and hits below the knee. Note This is cross listed due to vintage sizing (correlates to today's junior sizing) so the tag states it is size 9, but it is a flat measure of 13" waist so 26". Offers encouraged! The price is high, but it is a closet staple for me and I need to finish tracing the pattern to sew some more :) Selling it might prompt that.
