High waisted jeans are back in style & give the most flattering silouette! Measurements shown lying flat. VERY tiny waist, about 11in wide lying flat. (22in) The size 9 is probably european sizing. Authentic vintage from the 1980s/90s. A thinner denim with a slight fade. The legs are straight but definitely a mom jean big baggy fit in the legs.

sunflowersouth @melandalin I would say pretty close to 11", but may be some wiggle room whenn pulled taught, so could be 11.5" so perhaps total measurement could be between 22-23"
