Vintage holiday sweater

Holiday sweater, buttons up the front. Embellishments all over the sweater that stick up off of material. Tag says 2X, but please see measurements in pics. It seems smaller. It's great to wear over a t-shirt, tank, or cami so you won't be too hot. L21
