Vintage homemade Christmas design on sweatshirt

Vintage homemade design on a Pluma Large sweatshirt. This fits a little odd, almost like a petite. The sleeves aren’t full length on me. It fits as if whenever made it took off the cuff of the sweatshirt sleeve and then sewed the misc fabric on. Same with the bottom of the sweatshirt. It might also just be that sizing was different when it was made. It fits more Medium so that’s what I am labeling it as.
