Vintage homemade dress 70s

This vintage home made dress has a fun almost nautical print. The dress has a flatting boat neck collar and it zips up the back. I would pair it with a thin white rope belt and always got compliments. Fabric feels like a soft polyester, not the rough heavy material usually found in vintage. I am 5’6” and size 6 and the dress fits very well with the belt. (Smidge boxy in the mid section & I have a smaller waist so the belt was a must for me) 36” in length 20” across- pit to pit
