Vintage houndstooth plaid dress

Adorable 50’s/60’s houndstooth plaid (I believe it’s handmade) vintage dress. Black and light cream (not quite 100% white, could just be age) houndstooth pattern throughout, see last picture it gives a close up of pattern. Black accents at neck and arms. Zip back with hook closure. Pleated skirt. Loops for belt at waist. Please see approx measurements for fit.
