Vintage incolay stone plate collectible "She was a Phantom of Delight"

This amazing piece is made of incolay stone from Incolay Studios of California in 1980, including the folder that explains incolay stone and the Romantic Poets collection. The name of the series is "To a Sklark" by Percy Blythe Shelley. The plate is signed by the artist and marked 1980 and is made in a cameo style that is raised on the surface. Measures approximately 10". Very unique piece of art! There's a a hanger and name of the plate on the back "She was a Phantom of Delight". All offers considered, and accepted or countered.
