Vintage inspired Burgundy velvety and silver sparkly dress

Vintage inspired Burgundy velvety and sparkly dress. Is much darker burgundy than appears in the photos. The burgundy part is very velvety, but I don't know what the actual fabric is. The silver part lays flat and is sparkly. Those are not pockets, they are folds, giving it a 1940s feel but it is in excellent condition so it can't be very old. $50.
