Vintage inspired Studio Fantastique Midi Dress

I purchased this dress for a wedding 4 years ago and have only worn it maybe twice. She is in perfect condition with no defects. There's a top Lacey floral layer on top and a bright mint green underneath. It's a flattering cut that accentuates the waist. Straps are non adjustable. Can be worn more casually with sneakers.
