Vintage inspired black and white dress

Black and white circle skirt dress. This dress has soft material and fits so beautifully! I only wore this once to an event in paris france and never wore it again! it needs to go to a great home and shine once again! the only thing i see "wrong" with it, is the lining underneath has very light spots, but i think a very good dry cleaning will make them disappear. You cannot see the spots through the skirt or while you wear it. one of my favorite dresses.
