Vintage international Ladies Garment Shift Dress

Tag is labeled International Ladies Garment Workers Union. It is a black sequin shift dress with a long bow ribbon on the front and a back zipper. ILGWU AFL-CIO tag - it came out ranged from 1955 to 1995. It is in gently used condition. A few stray strings from the sequins. They could probably just be cut off. It fits similar to a ladies small even though the tag reads size 7. It is 34 inches long. It is lined. The lining is coming apart some at the bottom. See pics
