Vintage ivory satin floral beaded handbag

This delicate beaded vintage evening bag is so exquisite. The inside says “Handmade in Belgium.” I’m not sure of the year, but it seems quite old. There is a small stain on one side at the bottom, (pictured) but the beading is in great condition and the clasp works.
