Vintage jacket or blazer

Had from the 80's, shoulder pads and all. Says size 6 but I think a 4 would fit in this as well. I must've had arm length shortened. See photos. I am 5 feet 2 inches. This is a gorgeous shade of blue. Matching skirt separate listing. One stain on button. The rest is perfect. I have not tried to get the mark off. Will try. Worn maybe 2x
