Vintage james Daugherty dress

this dress is so good. it has velvet around the cuffs and around the collar. it's in excellent condition. I would say 80s vintage does have shoulder pads. says size 4 which I would agree with since I were a size 8 I could not try it on. does have a small pool on the back which is in photo and a small pool at the shoulder. the right shoulder C photo. ptp 17" length is 35 and 1/2 from under the armpit to the bottom of the dress. the hem of the dress.
