Vintage kids 60s/70s JCPenney Ruffle Mod Dress This is one of those dresses I wish was adult sized 😭😭😭 Sooo great Very Twiggy Mod line green with white striped plaid, Featuring a ruffle design with buttons (buttons are not usable) down the front, and ruffle cuffs Good preowned condition Is missing the eye of the hook and eye Has some light discoloration 20” long 13 3/4” pit to pit 10” sleeve 13” sleeve from collar 19” across hem I’m assuming it’s a cotton poly blend material
