Vintage knife pleated patterned top baby‎ blue

Vintage Matti of Lynne knife pleated patterned top baby blue Very unique with diamonds in the pleats. Lighting did not convert the color well. I’d say it’s a grayish baby blue. Slate blue? Very pretty. Excellent gently used condition. Appears sleeve length was altered. But would be unfinished if stitching removed so unsure how it was originally. No size tag so please see measurements.
