Vintage knit cardigan, Sweater Bee by Banff LTD. I don't know what the fabric is but based on the vintage tag maybe wool? Looks almost two toned with the detailing on the knit pattern being a little lighter than the background. Color is off-white/cream or very light beige. See pics for measurements.
