Vintage knit floral crop top (womens M/ childrens XL)

I believe it’s a childrens size XL, however, I’m a womens small/ medium and it fits like a lose fit crop top and is so flattering! 70s knit vibe with retro knit flowers Halter style neckline I’m sure it would fit a childrens size more like a regular waist length too rather than a shorter crop style.
