Vintage lace overlay dress/shirt L

This item has a small floral design on a black fabric and is overplayed with off white lace. It has adjustable straps and the sides can also be tightened. It can be worn as a dress as seen in the first picture or a longer shirt. For reference I am 5'4" so it may depend on height. It has only been worn twice and is in very good condition.
