Vintage lace pencil skirt

This skirt is made really well and thoughtfully. In the back and at the side seams, the lace motif flows continuously over the seams. The lace itself is a white netting base with black floral details embroidered on top. The hem is scalloped. Bound waistband. Waist: 26.5 Length (to shorter part of scallop): 19”
