Vintage large statement Lapis lazuli stone cuff bracelet (gold plated silver?)

This large statement cuff bracelet has Lapis lazuli stone (note the blue with gold flecks) This may be gold plated silver. Not sure. It varies looking gold to silver tone in different lights.
