Vintage late 1960's Wedding Dress Women's Size 9? Excellent Condition Veil and H

This has been in the wrapper from the dry cleaners since 1970. Original box and original dress, hat and veil. All edged with daisies. Sheer overlay on the dress has raised dot detailing. Excellent condition. Says Union Made but no size (Mom is guessing size 8). Message with offers or questions.
