Vintage late 70’s- early 80’s belted shirt dress with contrast trim

This is such an amazing dress. It is a light weight white with buttons down front. It is a flared skirt and blouse top that cinches at an elastic waist that has a tie belt. The trim on collar and sleeves are lined in red. The front has color down the middle where the buttons are and it’s yellow on the outside and green on the reverse. There are no stains or holes! It is very thin and will need a slip underneath. It is a vintage size 12 but fits like a modern 6/8 depending on brand. See measurements.
