Vintage late 80s 90s black micro mini dress embellished neck netting fringe xs

Vintage 80s or possibly early 90s black micro mini dress in a kinda smocked or creped fabric that features an embellished neck and then shoulders with netting and fringe detail. This piece is perfect for a modern day extra small. Purchased from one of my favorite closets here, a working LA model with excellent taste…but alas this one is simply too small for me. Hard to let go bc it so perfectly channels one of my favorites films (for the fashion), Desperately Seeking Susan (Madonna and Roseanna Arquette both star in it). This piece is In fabulous vintage condition and while it didn’t have enough for me, the fabric does still have ample stretch to it.
