Vintage lavender babydoll dress/long shirt

Vintage circa 1970s. I think it is a very short baby doll dress, but could also be worn as a long shirt. One very small mark that could come out in the wash, but I didn't want to attempt it. No other apparent rips or stains. Please inquire for specific measurements.
