Vintage leather boots made in Brazil estate 38.5 / 7.5

Please see pics for details. These are a little nipped, but great condition nonetheless. (I tried to show everything as well as possible). I just don’t have anywhere to wear them to. These boots originally came from an estate sale about a decade ago and now here they are. They say 38 1/2 or an eight, but I was a 7 1/2 when I wore these and they fit me well.
