Vintage leather navy blue Harvard university Classic Padfolio portfolio folder

I got this item at a thrift store. I have no idea how old it is. I have no idea if it’s from Harvard. There’s white discoloration throughout. It doesn’t fold straight at shown. The gold corners are starting to tarnish. Please closely reference all images prior to purchasing
