Vintage levi’s black high waisted shorts

Washed black/grey color No size tag, it’s completely faded out but I would say the size is around 25/26 leaning towards size 26 I’m at 25/26 as size reference and they are a bit loose, could fit more snug on a size 27? Waist measurement across is aprox 12.5”
