bella67 @thennessey6 hey there so lower than the waist the waist would be great to measure it if you don't mind to but where the hips are the booty area so from one end like from left to right laying flat lower than the waist you would bring down the measuring tape and measure where your hips and booty are if that makes sense lol thank you so much
