Vintage light green dress fabric buttons pleats

Sweet 1950s/1960s short sleeved dress with fabric covered buttons, box pleats for flared skirt. Tag does not state size or material but it feels like light weight cotton. Evidence of previous repair on right shoulder, no tears or rips. 2 corded belt loops at waist but belt is missing. One small snap at base of the buttons. Waist 31.5” Shoulder to hem 45” The green color in the full length photos is truer - don’t know why the close ups went tan. Sorry about the wrinkles in the photos!
