Vintage linen crossover black and neon green shirt dress with contrasting belt

This 1980s (or late 70s?) shirt dress is just darling. It appears to have had some DIY adjustments done (not my doing) with the Velcro and hook closures down the front, which honestly worked great when I wore it. The fabric is linen, it’s in perfect vintage condition. I just love the colors! And, it has pockets. Label says David Warren New York Size 6. Will fit a small to medium. Hips are full/full skirt. I’m 5’6” and a size 2/4.
