Vintage little black dress size small / 4 LBD

Vintage little black dress size small / 4. This dress does not have a size tag but is approximately size 4, small or extra small. Elasticized waist is 13" across. It has two belt loops but is missing the belt otherwise in wonderful condition. Made by Charles Cooper design. Wonderful button detail at the neck and pockets. 3/4 or elbow length sleeves. Really fantastic vintage item. Hits just below the knee and has a full back zip.
