Vintage little black dress with spaghetti straps

Taking it back to the early 2000s, which my team tells me is vintage now. Apparently Wet Seal doesn't exist anymore either. This is a classic mini black dress with a fun silver adjustable buckle detail on the straps. In great condition, I clearly didn't get out much. 100% polyester Hand wash, lay flat to dry.
