Vintage little white polka dot bag handmade

vintage little white bag with different materials of polka dots, handmade. This does not have any brand, and was found in a estate with a box of other very old bags including Kate Spade, Coach, and Fossil. This bag does have a lot of blemishes on it and could use a good cleaning but I'm not sure if it will come out or not. Feels like it's made of leather and has no signs of any peeling on either the outside or inside. the interior has several compartments including two zipper compartments for coins. measurements not including the handle is approximately 9 and 1/2 in Long 5 in tall and 2.75 in wide when empty. measurements may change once the bag has items in it.
