Reminds me of a fairy tale princess dress in black satin by the brand Begotten, one of the smaller brands carried by hot topic back in the 1990’s. Long sheet bell sleeves were trimmed but perfect condition other than that. I paid over $100 for this dress thinking I would someday wear it to prom or some festive occasion that never happened.
