Vintage long skirt

Vintage long skirt. Brand is connections.Please see pattern in the photos. I do wanna point out that there are ridiculously big belt loops on the skirt and I am not really entirely sure why. This is a vintage skirt and probably has been worn since the 80s. It says that it’s a small on the tag but it also says 8/10 which These days that’s more of a medium/large.
