Size 12, empire waist, sleeveless dress. Skirt length comes to the kids knee. White on black polka dots and black on white polka dots with with slimming hemlines. Deep V zip-up back side. Slide Loop strings to hold small belt if you would like. I would suggest a red don't would be perfect with it.
