Vintage maxi dress with floral bodice and jacket S

This beauty is in great shape with one small flaw pictured near hem. This dress tag says 8 but is more like a current day size 2-4. It is pictured on my size 4 dress form and it was a snug fit. The jacket is sheer and ties in that front. This seems like the 60s or early 70s. Zips up the back with one hook. See photos for approx measurements.
