Purchased in a designer shop in Santa Fe Reminds me of a buttercream wedding cake Intricate lace, ribbon and bric a brac on front/back 3 tiers of pom poms! front/back; All in tact Front and back are identical Elastic/stretch waist Lined all the way down have to be a tall drink of water to pull this off! Pom poms border the bottom of skirt, so can't be hemmed In perfect condition; inside and out! Waist: when stretched: 32 in; hips: 21 in; Length: 41 inches
