Vintage men's overcoat

Beautiful and very heavy men's vintage overcoat. A couple of slight flaws which are shown in the picture. There is no size tag on this coat which came from my uncle's estate. He was a well dressed man and purchased many of his clothes in Kansas City. I tried the coat on and can easily button it and I'm a size 16-18 woman. That may not be very helpful but I'm not sure how else to size it. Please send any questions you may have.
