Vintage mesh/velvet button shirt

This gorgeous and unique vintage piece is a must have for any vintage lover! Not sure what era this is, possibly 70’s. There are no tags or sizes on the shirt. It features a combination of mesh and beautifully detailed velvet, with a button down front and slits on each side. I’ve included pictures of measurements: P2P: approx 1 ft 8 in.
