Vintage midi dress | M

This is a midi dress I thrifted a while back. I got it hemmed to the currently length, was originally maxi. Has a zipper and tie back. Size tag says L but fits like an M imo. In excellent condition. The brand is Design Club U.S.A. but couldn’t find it online. It is black with cream flowers that have orange and grey-green centers. Empire waist. length: 39.5” Armpit to armpit: 18.5” Waist: 15.75” across Unlined, 100% polyester. Check out the rest of my closet and bundle to save! Questions and offers welcome.
