Vintage mint green JC Penney shirtwaist dress with matching self belt

This gorgeous shirtwaist dress still has its tags with it! It appears to be from the 1950s or 1960s. I did hand wash it to get a couple of stains out that were there when I purchased it in 1999, but it has been stored away since in a smoke free environment.
